Who is the controller?

What data do we process?

The name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you enter in the contact form.

For spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), technical browser data and your IP address are briefly sent to Cloudflare. The site uses no cookies and no visitor analytics.

Why and on what legal basis?

To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long do we keep it?

For up to one year after your enquiry is closed; if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law.

Who has access? (processors)

Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and spam protection (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Our email provider (Hungary) – delivering the form message and storing email.

Google – when fonts are loaded, your browser sends your IP address to Google Fonts.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Contact us at the details above; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu) or go to court.
